The Simplest Meditation Technique



Just close your eyes, and follow your breathing 🙂

If your attention starts to wander away from your breath and into your thoughts, simply return your attention to your breathing.

It also helps to listen to music while doing this.

You can do this for 5 minutes or 20 minutes, whatever you are comfortable with.
