Fist Full of Grace: Seven – Uprooted

In September of 2011, I read an article about a slew of old heritage trees slated to be cut down in a housing project in South Boston to make way for a new eco-friendly development.   The irony of cutting down trees to make a place ‘greener’ intrigued me, so I set about making this short documentary with my partner Tim Strain.   The film screened at the Boston Museum of Science on December 9th in a much rougher state; here is the finished product.  Enjoy.
